The collection and processing of the above information are mandatory for compliance with Greek maritime regulations governing professional leisure vessels. Without these details, we are legally unable to issue the charter agreement or obtain clearance for the vessel to depart.

Passenger information is shared exclusively with the competent port authorities, solely for the purposes required by law, including the preparation of the passenger list and the issuance of departure documentation.

Your personal data is not shared with any other third parties, private organisations, or service providers for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the lawful operation of our services.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Personal data and identification details are retained only for the period required under Greek tax and maritime legislation relating to the operation and inspection of professional vessels.
Once the applicable retention period has expired, the data is permanently deleted from our records.
